Had a good day on Friday running a one to one introduction to white water course using the River Derwent at Matlock baths, we started off at the car park looking at the basics of moving water, having a spot of lunch before progressing down the river playing on the features, finishing the day by playing on the slalom site.
Helping a friend run some Open Canoe sessions over the weekend, with a 3 star White water Training and Assessment course running in the next few weeks.
